Bianca Vanstone
Director & Principal Speech Pathologist
Bianca is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in speech pathology. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) from UniSA in 2005, where she began her journey in personal training and exercise physiology. Later, she pursued her passion for communication by completing her Master of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University in 2008.
Bianca’s career has taken her across Australia and internationally where she worked in Connecticut in the United States of America. Bianca has a background in early intervention, and she is committed to working closely with parents to set functional communication goals.

Aimee McCombe
Speech Pathologist
Aimee is a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting children and young adults with their communication and feeding skills. Aimee completed her fourth-year university placement at Limestone Speech in 2022. She then joined the Limestone Speech team as a Speech Pathology Assistant while completing her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University in 2022.
Aimee takes a collaborative, client-centred approach and values working closely with clients and their families to ensure that they feel supported and heard. She is passionate about evidence-based practice and prides herself on her ability to make sessions meaningful and engaging.
Aimee has experience in speech, language, fluency and AAC. She has completed further education in paediatric feeding so that she can support children and their families in this area. She is committed to using a responsive feeding therapy approach that focuses on building enjoyable and positive experiences at mealtimes.

Taylor Pearson
Speech Pathologist
Taylor is a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting children and their families in achieving their speech and language goals. Taylor joined the Limestone Speech team in 2023 as a Speech Pathology Assistant and continued in this role whilst completing her final years of study. Taylor completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree at Flinders University in 2024.
Taylor enjoys working with all speech pathology range of practice areas and is interested in furthering her knowledge in AAC so that she can support children and families in this area. Taylor is also interested in continuing to build connections and partnerships within the community to build awareness of the importance of early intervention.

Abbie Croser
Speech Pathology Assistant
Abbie is a Speech Pathology Assistant at our Naracoorte clinic and is currently studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) at the University of South Australia. Now in her third year of study, Abbie is passionate about supporting children and families, particularly in rural communities.
Abbie is especially interested in early intervention and speech sound development. Abbie values collaboration with families and believes in empowering parents and caregivers with practical strategies to support their child’s communication journey.
Dedicated to her professional growth, Abbie actively seeks opportunities to expand her clinical skills and knowledge through mentoring, study, and hands-on experience.

Monique Martin
Client Coordinator
You may have not seen this face, but this is the person that is most likely to speak to you on the phone or via email. Monique is Limestone Speech’s Client Coordinator who manages all client related tasks. Monique is generally hiding out at her office desk but is always happy to come out and have a chat. If you have any questions, she is the one to ask.
Monique came to us looking for a career change. Her career background is in retail and working in a long day childcare service that also offered a Kindergarten program. Monique holds her Diploma certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care and has worked as an Assistant Educator and a Lead Educator. Over the 5 years of working in this career she has completed multiple trainings regarding children’s learning, development and health and safety. She has a passion for working with families and their children in all different areas.
